Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-04
Welcome to reqable ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
reqable is a browser extension providing request monitoring, API mocking, and related debugging capabilities. Core features are free; a Plus subscription adds cloud sync, multi-device sign-in, and other benefits.
The Service is provided by an independent developer and is not affiliated with Google, browser vendors, or any other third party.
2. Accounts
- You can sign in with a GitHub or Google account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure; losses caused by improper safekeeping are your own.
- You may not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your account.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Plus subscriptions are one-time payments for the selected duration. No automatic renewal — re-subscribe manually whenever you want.
- The "Lifetime" plan stays valid after a single payment and is not affected by future pricing changes.
- Online payments and applicable taxes are handled by a third-party merchant of record.
4. Refund Policy
- Plus is a virtual service; benefits are activated immediately after payment.
- Within 7 days of payment, refunds for accidental or duplicate purchases can be requested at arktomson99@gmail.com. Verified refunds are returned via the original payment method.
- Requests after 7 days or after extended use are generally not refundable, but special cases can be discussed.
- Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days; the exact arrival time depends on the payment channel.
5. Availability & Changes
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
- We may add, adjust, or discontinue features at any time; material changes will be announced in the extension or documentation.
- Online features such as cloud sync may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or failures. We restore them as soon as possible but are not liable for indirect losses.
6. Intellectual Property & Open Source
- The reqable extension source code is open source under the MIT license — see the GitHub repository.
- The Plus subscription covers online services such as cloud sync; it does not affect your rights to use the open-source code.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for:
- Unavailability caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party outages
- Business data affected by your use of request interception and rewriting (do not enable mocking against critical business flows in production)
- Any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
8. Changes to These Terms
Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
